Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is possible for those with genuine need.
Gas & Electric Arts is a small non-profit arts organization working on a limited budget. We are happy to provide support to those who would not be able to take a workshop without some form of assistance. This offer is not for those who could afford to come but are looking to save money. We say this because we do not have any formal scholarship support and therefore are not in a position to subsidize all individuals, particularly those who might actually be able to pay or those who can find support (from a partner or spouse, family, friends, or development grants from your own organization or school).
Financial assistance for workshop tuition can take a variety of forms depending on true need. As this is an honor system, it is up to you to determine.
1. Payment plan over time (pre-arranged installment dates and amounts)
2. Tuition adjustment (% negotiable)
If you are in need of tuition adjustment, please look into your heart and figure out what you can genuinely afford and communicate that to us so we can work with you. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
With that said, please communicate clearly your specific needs for the workshop.
For questions or to make a request for tuition adjustment and or payment plans, please contact David Brown, Managing Director at 215.407.0556 or at DavidBrown@GasAndElectricArts.org
